My mom was an artist and my dad was a jazz drummer, so creativity runs in my blood. As a kid, I was always drawing and taking things apart to see how they worked. My love for technology and art eventually led me to graphic design, which then evolved into web design and frontend development in college. Around that time, I landed a gig at a tech startup in Northwestern University’s business incubator. That was my first real job where I could blend my passion for design, technology, and creative problem-solving.
I built my website on the Framer platform so I could build fun interactions and animations. Why? Because I believe my audience, you, might appreciate it. I think providing moments of joy could help when reviewing an endless stream of generic templated portfolios. Also, maybe knowing this could provide some additional validation that I actually have the skills listed in my resume. 😎
